Well, new numbers show that outdoor ad spending continues to rise. It appears that brands understand they can build on their mobile or more targeted messaging with good, old-fashioned outdoor ads. Maybe “old-fashioned” isn’t the best word to describe some of the new outdoor advertising technology.
